An outbreak of COVID-19 has been reported at a Harker Heights assisted living facility, according to the Bell County Public Health District.
Dr. Amanda Robinson-Chadwell, director of the health district, announced five cases were reported at the Indian Oaks Living Center Wednesday.
Dr. Robinson-Chadwell said they are coordinating with the center to provide mass testing of patients and staff.
Officials will release more information when it becomes available.
