KILLEEN, TX — Four suspects, including a teenager, have been arrested and charged with the murder of a 28-year-old man.
They say the incident happened just after 5:30 p.m. near Fleetwood Drive and Greengate. Police said that a group of men had been arguing in the moments leading up to the shooting.
The victim, identified as Luis Santiago, was found with a gunshot wound. He died from his injuries.
Police arrested Shyheem Washington, 20; Dexter Washington, 46; Eric Madden, 21; and a 15-year-old boy.
All have been charged with murder.
Shyheem Washington was charged with murder and had a warrant for fail to report a felony. His bond has been set at over a $1 million.
Dexter Washington was charged with murder and had a warrant for bond forfeiture-assault with bodily injury-family. His bond is set at over $1 million.
Eric Madden was charged with murder and had a warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and parole violation of heroin. His bond is set at over $1 million.
