A 20-year-old man has been arrested for two counts of indecency with a child sexual contact.
According to the Killeen Police Department, officers were called out around 8:55 a.m. on November 28 to the 1900 block of Bacon Ranch Road in Killeen.
A woman told officers she saw 20-year-old Daraion Ellison enter a room where her two grandsons were.
The woman told officers the children told her Ellison had touched their bodies with his penis.
In a children's advocacy interview, one of the children told authorities Ellison touched his bottom with an object. The child said he thought the object was a cord.
The other child told authorities Ellis touched his bottom with a penis.
Officers spoke to Ellison on December 7. He told officers he touched the two children with his penis.
Ellison was arrested for two counts of indecency with a child sexual contact and one count of unlawful carrying of a weapon. He is being held in the Bell County Jail on a $205,000 bond.
