COLLEGE STATION, TX — On Jan 21., around 2:30 P.M., Texas A&M University police where conducting a traffic stop for speeding on Wellborn Road.
In response to officers signaling their lights, the driver made an illegal u-turn on Northgate; this movement 'clipped' a patrol SUV. Ditching the vehicle nearby on Tauber St, the suspect ran, and was able to flee into a nearby apartment complex; this all, according to police officials.
No injuries were reported.
