No one was injured during the fire.
ORIGINAL STORY:
Southbound Highway 6 has been shut down at the Fitch exit in College Station due to an 18-wheeler being on fire.
The College Station Police made the announcement in a tweet just after 7 am Friday morning.
It is unknown when the 18 wheeler will be cleared but we will update this story as more information becomes available.
