Shooting at College Station party leads to arrest of suspected drug dealer

COLLEGE STATION, TX — Zachary Reyes, 21, has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful carrying of weapons (2 guns), manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana (roughly 45 grams).

According to the responding officers, Reyes was asked to leave a house on Queens Court in the Emerald Forest subdivision.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Reyes then fired several rounds at the man who asked Reyes to leave said party early Sunday morning. Reyes fled but was later found by police at an apartment in the 900 block of Balcones Drive in College Station.

Police said nobody was injured in the shooting.

As of 1:37 pm, Nov. 23, online jail records show Reyes still in the county jail with a bond totaling $83,000.
