WALLER COUNTY, TX — A fugitive who assumed a false identity for 28 years was arrested by DPS troopers during a traffic stop in Waller County.
The Texas Department of Public Safety says troopers arrested Alfredo Guerro Esquivel on a traffic stop.
Esquivel was wanted for indecency with a child after assuming a false identity for 28 years.
He was booked into the Waller County jail, according to DPS.
