BRYAN, TX — Attention Bryan ISD parents!
On Jan 19., Superintendent Christie Whitbeck announced a new COVID-19 dashboard; said dashboard, will be updated, daily, to reflect the latest number of infected students, and employees, by their respected campuses.
Accordingly, Dr. Whitbeck noted that phone calls, and letters, have been sent out to BISD families, notifying parents when a confirmed COVID-19 person has been identified on their child's campus.
As of Jan 25., there are 35 current BISD staff, and 48 students, confirmed to have COVID-19.
Branch Elementary, currently has the highest amount of staff positive for coronavirus, standing at 8 cases.
Bryan High, currently has the highest amount of students positive for coronavirus, with 7 cases.
