Deputies with the Madison County Sheriff's Office are assisting Texas Highway Patrol with a fatal crash on State Highway 21 West and Hollis Road.
The North Zulch Volunteer Fire Department is on the scene as mutual aid.
Authorities are asking drivers to avoid the area at this time and expect delays.
