BARTLETT, TX — Bartlett ISD will be closed Monday, November 4 due to water complications.
The schools say the NHS induction will be rescheduled to a later date. School is planned to resume on Tuesday, November 5.
The Bartlett Volunteer Fire Department Station 1 also opened to provide non-potable water for toilet flushing and uses of a similar nature. This water is NOT for human consumption, says the department.
The VFD opened due to the "long-lasting water outage in the city."
There is a limited supply of jugs, but the department says residents can bring jugs to fill up at the station.
There is no timeline on repairs at this time, according to the fire department.
