HOUSTON — The Harris County Sheriff's Office said that missing 13-year-old Cecilia Alvarado has been located and is safe.

HOUSTON — An Amber Alert has been issued for missing a 13-year-old girl named Cecilia Alvarado in east Harris County, Texas.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office said she was with an unknown adult male and was in danger.
Texas DPS said she was last seen in the 16900 block of Sunshine Street in Houston around 1 a.m. on Feb. 21.
Cecilia is 5'5", has brown eyes, black hair, and weighs about 130 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a gray shirt and black pants.
