Ken Starr sat down with ESPN to discuss his resignation from Chancellor at Baylor University on Wednesday, a source close to the situation confirmed.

Starr has served as Baylor's president since 2010. After the Pepper Hamilton report found that Baylor failed to address sexual assault reports sufficiently, the university saw a series of leadership changes.

Head Coach Art Briles was terminated last week, and Athletic Director Ian McCaw resigned on Monday.

Starr was initially reassigned from President to Chancellor after the findings were released.

In addition, Jim Grobe, former Wake Forrest coach, was hired as interim head coach on Monday.
