The No. 1 Lady Bears showed their dominance Saturday as they beat Texas Tech 96-37. But, now they face a quick turn around and a big road test.

Baylor is set to take on the No. 12 Texas Longhorns Monday night in Austin.

This will be the Lady Bears' fourth game in just nine days. So, Sunday they will be resting and focusing on scout work, as well as their game plan.

Head Coach Kim Mulkey said being able to rest her starters, especially her bigs, during the Texas Tech win was a bonus because Texas will match up better with Kalani Brown and Lauren Cox in terms of size.

"You're gonna see athletic posts, and you're gonna see Sug Sutton out there on the point... run a ball club. She got valuable minutes her first couple of years there. You're gonna see a transfer in Williams that can shoot the three ball. You're gonna see a team that is gonna give us everything they can give us."

Coach Mulkey added she is looking forward to seeing a good amount of green and gold in the stands Monday night down in Austin.

Tip off for the Lady Bears and Longhorns game is set for 6 p.m.
