Air traffic controllers in Canada sent their American counterparts pizza during the partial government shutdown. Air traffic controllers have been required to work without pay since Dec. 22.
To show solidarity, the Canadian Air Traffic Control Association sent hundreds of pizzas to working air traffic controllers.
"A small gesture to show we stand alongside you!" the Canadian Air Traffic Control Association commented.

CNN said more than 350 pizzas have been sent to 49 FAA unites across the United States.
The Air Traffic Controllers of Association filed a lawsuit against the Trump Administration on Friday seeking a temporary restraining order and back payment for any hours worked since the shutdown began on Dec. 22.
