On Thursday, January 31, the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor will host a special celebration for the National Champion CRU Football Team inside in the arena of the
Frank and Sue Mayborn Campus Center from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. This is event is free and open to the public.
The celebration is a come-and-go event. The first 1,000 visitors will receive commemorative posters to have autographed by athletes and coaches from the team. Additionally, this year’s National Championship trophy will be on display and available for selfies and fan photos. Door prizes will also be awarded throughout the evening.
The Cru won the second National Championship in program history with a 24-16 victory over Mount Union in Amos Alonzo Stagg Bowl XLVI, which was held in Shenandoah, Texas.
