A man was arrested after police said he threatened to release "intimate visual material" of another man if he did not pay him.
Officials said that Charles Dudzinski threatened to release video of the victim on Feb. 13, if he did not pay him.
Dudzinski pleaded guilty on Jan. 9 to sexual coercion as part of a plea deal. Dudzinski will receive adjudication probation for four years and will have to pay $750 in fines.
