Matt Rhule will remain with the Baylor Bears as head coach.
Central Texas News Now has confirmed he was, in fact, a finalist for the New York Jets Head Coaching position but decided on Wednesday to remain in Waco.
Rhule took the Baylor job two years ago after the Briles scandal. Since then, he's compiled an 8-17 record including a 7-6 record this season ending with a Texas Bowl victory.
