Suspect in death of College Station woman turns himself in

COLLEGE STATION, TX (KXXV) -

College Station police said the suspect in the death of a woman on Monday afternoon turned himself in on Tuesday. 

The suspect, 54-year-old Terry Ratliff, was taken into custody without incident in Midland County.

Police said the woman, identified as 39-year-old Theia Flakes, was found dead in an apartment at the Rail Apartments on Dominik Drive.

Officials have obtained an arrest warrant for Ratliff, charging him with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, murder and tampering with evidence.
