A former Rosebud Police Chief was arrested and charged with sexual assault of a child, according to an affidavit.

According to the affidavit, 40-year-old Quincy Lee was charged on Thursday.

Lee turned himself in before the 82nd District Court of Falls County in Marlin.

The former police chief was also arrested and charged in March 2018 with a second-degree felony sexual assault charge.

In June 2017, the arrest affidavit said Lee forced a woman to have sex with him in exchange for keeping her out of trouble for drinking while on probation.

The affidavit also stated that Lee told the victim he would help her regain custody of her children from CPS if she had sex with him, but never did.

His new charge is sexual assault of a child.

His bond was set at $25,000. Lee bonded out Sunday morning.
