Temple police said officers arrested a man who raped a girl when she was in the eighth grade and took pictures of her body.
Police arrested the man, 50-year-old Shozo Tanaka, on Dec. 7 after the girl reported to police he raped her in his home.
According to the arrest affidavit, Tanaka admitted he had sex with the girl before she was 14 years old and took pictures of her during the act.
He was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and is no longer in jail.
