A Texas man was charged with delivering drugs after he was caught with cocaine and digital scales during a routine traffic stop.

A Corsicana police officer stopped the man on Nov. 11 and received consent from the driver to search the vehicle.

Police said during the officer's search he found digital scales with white residue that appeared to be cocaine. The man was placed under arrest, then he admitted to having concealed contraband on himself.

When the suspect was taken to the Navarro County Sheriff's Office, a search was conducted and the police found a bag filled with smaller bags of cocaine. The suspect was later charged with Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

A '07 Ford Mustang and $1,274 dollars were seized during the arrest.
