A man in Washington was taken to the hospital for cutting off his own testicles with a pocket knife, according to KEPRTV.
The Kennewick Police Department said that they initially received the call about a man cutting up an animal with a knife. When officers arrived on scene, they realized the man had cut off his own testicles and left them in a newspaper in a yard.
He was taken to the hospital shortly after.
