In no particular order, the nominees are...
- Daylon Bartosh (LB, Lorena)
- Bartosh made 21 tackles (4 of which were for a loss), 2 sacks, caused a fumble and recovered another fumble in the Leopards' 64-9 win over Mexia.
- Tyler Webb (QB, Bosqueville)
- In Bosqueville's 82-19 win over Axtell, Webb completed 15 of 21 passes for 280 yards and 4 touchdowns.
- Nathan Gerik (QB, West)
- Gerik completed 4 of 7 passes for 40 yards and a touchdown. He also had 13 carries for 98 yards and 2 touchdowns in West's 33-10 win over Teague.
