Killeen police are searching for a suspect who shot a man at a gas station on Thursday.
According to Killeen police, at 6:34 p.m. officers responded to Mickey’s Convenience Store at Westcliff and Cedarhill in reference to a shots fired call.
When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to Baylor Scott & White with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers were told the victim and another person were at the gas station when the suspect discharged a weapon towards them.
The suspect fled the area in an unknown direction.
This is an ongoing investigation.
