The College Station Police Department said a man was seen trying to break into cars on Oct. 11 around 5 a.m. in the 1200 Block of Holik Dr. Police received a call saying there a was a man spotted trying to open different car doors.
Once officers arrived, they saw a man matching the description given digging around in a truck. The man could not give a good reason as to why he was inside the truck, and the owner of the vehicle did not know the man or give him permission to be in his truck.
24-year-old Kennedy Morris was arrested and charged with burglary of a vehicle.
