The Killeen Independent School District has released a video of the preliminary design of consolidated elementary schools.
The district is planning on consolidating East Ward and West Ward elementary schools. Though the designs aren't final, the video shows what the school could look like.
The consolidation project was approved and is being funded by the $426 billion bond that voters approved in May.
The school is expected to be built on the site of the current East Ward Elementary School located on E. Rancier Avenue.
The school is expected to be complete in 2021.
