The North Central Texas Council of Government said their 911 services for several law enforcement agencies in the DFW area were down on Wednesday. The outage affected 13 counties and 43 call centers.
NCTOG 911 said the network is back up, and their system is working normally.
The outage does not affect Plano, Richardson, Wiley or Ennis.
