The Brazos County Sheriff's Office has released the name of the man who died after an ATV accident on Tuesday.
The man, identified as 21-year-old Donald Harless, was driving the ATV at a high speed, tried to turn and the vehicle rolled over on its side, deputies said.
The incident happened around 3:30 p.m. on a private property at the end of Millican Creek Trails. Three people were in the ATV at the time of the accident.
Harless was pronounced dead on the scene, according to the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office. The two other passengers received minor injuries.
