A Bell County man has been indicted for aggravated assault against a public servant after he threatened to stab a Killeen officer when he was found acting strangely in the street.

The arrest affidavit for 29-year-old Jonathan Milo Perrault says on April 19, officers found him acting strangely while blocking traffic.

He was seen walking by cars, yelling at people, banging on cars and appearing to be drunk in public.

Perrault pulled a knife from his pocket and threatened to stab the responding officer, the affidavit says. When other officers arrived, they were forced to use a taser to subdue him.

Perrault was indicated by a grand jury in Bell County on June 13.
