The Temple Police Department is investigating after a social media post reported a man who was exposing himself on Pepper Creek Trail.
The incident happened at 8:59 a.m. Monday morning, and the man was not located. Police have now identified the man as Justin Wayne Allen, and he was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure.
