An Amber Alert has been discontinued for a 16-year-old from Laredo after she was found safe.
Ashley Fernandez is 4-foot-11-inches tall, has blonde hair, brown eyes and wearing brown glasses.
Laredo police were searching for Arturo Medrano-Limas in connection with her abduction.
The suspect was taken into custody.
