A counselor from a Central Texas school has been arrested and charged with an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Waco police said that Garrett Nunley was arrested Monday for an alleged improper relationship with a student.
Police said that the arrested stemmed from an April 2016 CPS referral. CPS said that the relationship was with a girl who was over the age of 16. The case also said that incidents between of the two had happened off campus, but it was unclear where or what happened.
Police said that Nunley was a counselor at Methodist Children's Home. His bond was set $10,000 but has since bonded out of the McLennan County Jail.
