The Baylor University president, Linda Livingstone announced today the new Title IX coordinator after the previous coordinator resigned last December.
Laura Johnson Ph.D. is the new Baylor's Title IX coordinator, effective June 11.
Dr. Johnson comes from Georgetown (KY) College, where she currently serves as Vice President for student life/dean of students and Title IX coordinator.
According to Livingstone in a statement, Johnson has a wide range of experience in student services overall and in the prevention, investigation, and management of sexual violence on college campuses.
