Rockdale high school hadn't been to the football state title game since the 1970s before it took on Brock Thursday afternoon.
The Eagles jumped out to a 21-0 lead before the Tigers woke up and decided to play ball.
Rockdale scored 28 unanswered points in the first half, leaning heavily on quarterback Torry Locklin and Oklahoma wide receiver commit Jaqualyn Crawford to carry a majority of the load.
The pair didn't disappoint either leading Rockdale to a 45-8 scoring rout before the final whistle blew. Rockdale capture the state title defeating Brock by a final margin of 48-29.
