Police said the missing 19-year-old was found safe.
Waco police said Harrison Paul Hall White, was last seen wearing an orange t-shirt, black leather jacket, black wind pants and white sneakers.
Police said White is mentally challenged and autistic and also possibly suicidal. He lives in the area of the 500 block of S. 10th Street.
