A procession took place for fallen trooper Thomas Nipper who was struck and killed by a vehicle while conducting a traffic stop on southbound I-35 in Temple on Saturday afternoon.
The procession took place at the Loves boulevard overpass in Troy to welcome the body back from Dallas.
Trooper Nipper's body was sent to Dallas last night for an autopsy.
