Looking for a kid-friendly event? We have just the place for you.
The Temple Police Department and Temple Fire Department will be hosting a free KID FISH event at Wilson Park on Oct. 28. It will take place from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. and is open to children ages 5 to 16.
Don’t know how to fish? No Problem! There will be volunteers on hand to help those new to fishing. Children will be provided with fishing rods, tackle, and bait.
Following the Kid Fish, there will be a free fish fry.
