Man charged with numerous aggravated robberies in CTX

WACO, TX (KXXV) -

A 53-year-old man has been charged with numerous aggravated robberies after police arrested him for robbing a 7-11.

Mack Johnson was arrested when he led police on a short foot chase after the robbery on Oct. 1. Police then determined he was involved in three other aggravated robberies including robberies of the 7-11 at 701 S. University Parks Dr. on Aug. 15 and Sept. 16 and of the Dollar General at 205 E. Waco Dr. on Sept. 16. 

Police said Johnson was served the additional charges on Oct. 7 while he was held at the McLennan County jail.
