Belton Independent School District is planning for the opening of its second high school and wants your opinion!
Belton ISD plans to open the high school in the fall of 2020.
The school will be located near FM 317 and FM 2483 in Temple. But, the nearly $126 million school still lacks a few key details.
"We are about halfway through the design development of this high school number two. Part of the process includes listening to the community as far as what they would like to see in terms of colors, mascot and even name," Robert Muller, the Deputy Superintendent of Belton ISD, said.
If you have a suggestion for a name, mascot or colors, you can make submissions on their website or in person at the Belton ISD Administration building Monday at 6 p.m.
