Business Insider has ranked Texas A&M University as the most affordable university in Texas, the only school in the state making the publication's 2018 list.
Using data from the Chronicle of Higher Education's interactive chart, Business Insider compiled a list of the least expensive colleges in the country. It rated only the top 220 schools that compromise the annual best college list by U.S. News and World Report.
Among fellow Southeastern Conference schools, only the University of Georgia, University of Arkansas and University of Alabama were included in the publication’s rankings.
