TxDOT is suspending all pay by mail invoices and violations.
This comes after recent issues with toll billing and other issues.
Customers were assured that they would not have to pay any fees they did not accrue.
They have extended their phone hours to accommodate customer concerns.
An apology was issued with a resolve to "make things right."
