WACO, TX (KXXV) -

The Waco Police Department is investigating after three people were taken to the hospital Sunday night.

Officials said they got a man down call at Mr. Magoos bar on Hodde Drive.

Officers initially said the incident looked like a stabbing, but after further investigation, police said the three people smoked a product and had a near death experience. Two of the three people remain hospitalized as of Monday, according to police.

Police said they worked a separate death investigation on Saturday where a K-2 type product may have played a role the victim's death. Officers also think the product that the three individuals smoked may be K-2 as well.

Police said it is an open investigation.

No further details were immediately available.
