College Station Police Department said they responded to a call of an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
The incident happened June 30 at around 2:34 a.m. Officers responded to the complaint of a stolen vehicle from a parking lot of the victim's apartment, located on the 500 block of Southwest Parkway.
At approximately 3:28 a.m. officers on directed patrols located the car traveling on Barron Road and William D Fitch. Additional officers responded and were able to stop the car.
During the investigation, police determined the car was being driven by three juveniles. The driver was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
One of the passengers was arrested and charged as a runaway and the third juvenile was released to a parent.
This case remains under investigation.
