Waco Police said that have found the missing 53-year-old woman in South Waco.
Police said that Loretta Ross had wandered away from her home. She has a mental disability.
Police received the call at an adult daycare on Lakewood Dr. around 1 p.m. on Thursday. She was last seen in the 1500 block of Wooded Acres Dr. around 11:30 a.m
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission said the daycare, Friends for Life, met the licensure requirements and no violations were cited in November 2016. The press officer said they will be investigating the situation.
Patty Robledo from Friends for Life said that they are thankful that she was found safe, and they are conducting an internal investigation.
