Around 12:01 p.m., TxDOT has reported a two-vehicle crash in the right lane on I-35 near mile marker 311 in Troy.
This crash is backing up traffic from Big Elm Road, crossing 2 miles towards Bruceville-Eddy.
Emergency responders are on the way. Right now the right lane is blocked, and TxDOT says to expect some delays. Access roads are open in the area.
