A person was seen being pulled out of a car after a two-vehicle accident that happened at around 5 p.m. at the roundabout on La Salle Ave., according to a driver that was passing by.
An SUV was flipped over and the other vehicle was a white truck in front of the Health Camp exit of The Circle.
A motorist stopped and was seen pulling a person, out of the SUV.
Sirens could be heard in the area as emergency workers were responding to the scene.
Traffic was congested for a short amount of time.
