According to AT&T, wireless service has been restored to Burnet county.
AT&T customers in Burnet county and the surrounding area were having issues with connecting to emergency services.
According to the Burnet County Sheriff's Office, an issue with AT&T fiber connection, 911, and long distance was preventing callers from being able to communicate with dispatch.
Calls made to 911 were automatically forwarded to surrounding agencies that will communicate with Burnet County dispatch over radio.
