The Killeen Police Department has initiated a "Safe Exchange Program" to help keep the community safe.
The zone is located in the lobby of KPD and is monitored by police presence. The zone is intended to provide a safe location to residents who purchase from online websites.
The police headquarters is located at 3304 Community Blvd.
