FedEx to deliver 275 Christmas trees to Fort Hood

FORT HOOD, TX (KXXV) -

FedEx Freight will deliver 275 real Christmas trees to military families Dec. 8 at Hood Stadium as part of their Trees for Troops program.

Soldiers who are E-4 and below can pick up at tree from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Soldiers who are E-5 and above will be able to pick up a tree from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Since the Trees for Troops program began in 2005, FedEx has shipped more than 176,000 real Christmas trees to service members and their families.
