The driver in a one vehicle crash near Whitney is dead after being ejected from the vehicle.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened at 1:29 a.m. Sunday morning.
DPS says that Justin Lee Rightmer, 26, from Whitney was traveling northbound on FM 933 when he drove off the roadway in a curve, over correcting.
Rightmer was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
There were no other passengers.
DPS is investigating the crash.
